We ensure the new tenants will walk into their new home and immediately notice that the place is spotless. Upon further inspection they will not find missed crevices and build up from the previous tenants.
We start by removing cobwebs and dust throughout the house including overhead fans, air vents, and inside of closets. We wipe down base boards, crown molding, doors and door frames. We spot clean walls and clean accessible light fixtures. We clean the inside and outside of all cabinetry throughout the house and make sure the remove any fingerprints and build up that has collected on these surfaces. We clean not only glass on the windows, but the frames, rails, casing and window sills as well. The inside and outside of refrigerator, microwave, and oven will be thoroughly cleaned. We clean the stovetop including the grease traps above the stove.
We remove soap scum, mineral build up, and hard water spots from the bathtub/showers. We will clean the floors thoroughly and if you need any of the carpets shampooed we can do that too!
